Comfortable and long lasting, these Hanes Fleece Sweatpants work great for warm‑ups or for relaxing around the house. A blend of polyester and cotton that makes them soft but keeps them from shrinking, they're made from a midweight 7.8 ounce fabric. They have an elastic waist and cuffs, and the waist also has a drawstring for a precise fit. They're narrow through the hips and the lack of pockets adds to the streamlined effect, a rare quality in lounge pants.
