Diversity & Belonging at Custom Ink
Diversity & Belonging at Custom Ink
At Custom Ink, belonging means more than representation—it’s the engine of our success. We believe that when every Inker (aka our amazing team members) feels respected, supported, and valued, we build “one killer team” that’s better equipped to serve our customers and communities.
Our Commitment
We are committed to creating equitable opportunities and fair processes so every Inker can thrive and grow their career. This isn't a one-time initiative; we continue to listen, learn, and move with urgency to ensure belonging remains a living, breathing part of our culture.
Inker Diversity Councils (IDCs)
Our team members lead the way. Our IDCs are voluntary, Inker-led groups that foster connection, advocacy, and action across the company:
- Women’s IDC: Advocating for equity and the advancement of women at Custom Ink.
- Veterans & Military Family IDC: Supporting those who serve, those who have served, and their families.
Listen & Take Action
Twice a year, we conduct confidential engagement surveys to understand how Inkers are experiencing Custom Ink. We use these insights to guide meaningful improvements, ensuring we reinforce what’s working and fix what isn’t.
Looking Forward
Belonging is a journey, not a destination. We will continue to invest in the people, practices, and partnerships that make Custom Ink a place where every Inker knows they belong and every voice matters.
