I'm still satisfied with Custom Ink but it was a bit weird that my company logo showed up so big on my sun hoodies even though I compared the sizing of my logo in the Custom Ink design studio to the order I placed a couple of years ago and the hoodies showed up with a much bigger logo than before.

I wish I had the opportunity to confirm the tshirt one last time before it went to print. I designed it and then thought twice about some choices. I reached out on the website the evening I designed the shirt and sent it in and then called the next day but they said there was nothing they could do to change the shirt. So I ended up having to make a whole other shirt. So I essentially paid $120 for one tshirt. Which doesn't make a lot of sense since both were delivered on the same day. Why couldn't changes be made to the shirt??

Custom ink is amazing and their customer service is even better.

I have been ordering my tees from Custom Ink since 2019!! The customer service is very professional and very helpful friendly and that is what keeps me going!!

Very accurate and smooth design. i love them and so doe my boss. The team were very helpful in adjusting and confirming my proofs. Might order a batch of a couple hundred next.

Service was exceptional. The CSR who assisted me was kind, listened and made sure to incorporate all of the requests I gave them. The shirts are amazing and we are looking forward to wearing them at our event next week. Thanks again!
