Can I add names and numbers to my shirts if I use Group Order Form?

Yes! The Group Order Form supports personalization.

1. When you're creating your design in the lab, click on the “Add Names” tab and then click on the “Add Names and Numbers” button.
2. Check the boxes for “Add Names” and/or “Add Numbers”, then save your design and start a Group Order Form.
3. Your Group Order Form will automatically begin collecting personalization information from your group participants during their checkout process, as well as charge them the correct fees if you've opted to collect payments online.
4. As an organizer, you can view your group participants’ personalization information by visiting the Activity tab and reviewing each participant order.

As a participant, if you need to change your personalization after you’ve ordered your shirts, please contact your group organizer. They will be able to cancel your original order, allowing you to place a new one with your updated selections.

As a group organizer, rest assured that every aspect of your order, including your personalized names, will be reviewed by our team of Helpful Inkers. If we catch a misspelling or find any issues with your group’s personalization, we’ll reach out to you immediately. If a participant reaches out to you to change their personalization and you’ve already placed your group’s order, please call us at 855-374-4687 ASAP.
