I feel like their customer service is starting to slip. I called to discuss something over the phone regarding my final proofs and was told they couldn't do that. I wanted final proofs for all of the garments I would be ordering and they left off a proof for the long sleeve t-shirt. My order is slightly complicated since we want the same back design for all shirts (youth and adult) and the largest front design possible for youth hooded sweatshirts. So without the final proof, the printing has always given all youth shirts the same smaller screenprint. But that is so small and we really want to highlight the larger print. So I know what to ask for now and I found it frustrating to be told that wasn't an option when I know it was. So I had to hang up and call back to speak with someone else. This has never happened before, so I hope it was just a unique time and not the norm. We have been using CustomInk for well over 5 years for our class shirts and have loved them. We plan to use them again next year!!
