Extremely easy to design a custom shirt. The quality of the Next Level Tri Blend is excellent. Would recommend and definitely will buy again!

I love my shirt, and other than the blend I picked, it seems perfect. A tiny bit worried about the long-term staying power of the print after multiple washes but only because I got such a large design do I think this is a problem. Would absolutely order again. Probably will order again next shirt idea I have.

The Bella + Canvas Tri-Blend T-shirt is comfortable and light weight. Screen printing came out true to design. Would order again.

My experience with Custom Ink was disappointing. While the ordering process was straightforward, the quality of the product did not meet my expectations. The District Women's Tri-Blend Raglan T-Shirt I ordered was far too sheer and unsuitable for its intended use. I attempted to address this concern with the company but received no follow-up, which left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had high hopes for a positive experience but was let down by the lack of responsiveness and product quality. I hope future improvements can address these issues. Contact can be made via email.

Terrific experience as usual (I'm about a 10 time repeat customer). I wish the Next Level Tri-blend had more colors when ordering fewer than 6, but that's my only complaint.

I was disappointed with my Custom Ink order. I almost contacted them to send the shirts back and get a refund because I was so disappointed with the quality of the shirt and printing. The shirt itself was thin and see-through (it was black!). Also, the printing of the logo was a bit of a disappointment because it already looks faded. The saturation of the colors was not great. I've purchased the exact same design on a grey tri-blend from a different company and the quality of the shirt was better and the saturation was not a problem.

Very satisfied with our purchase! While not the cheapest custom screen printing available out there, the ease of purchase, customization and Customer Service interraction was exceptional! I purchased all our "pink" shirts in the District Tri-Blend from CustomInk while purchasing nearly half the cost, the same amount of shirts, (notable to say not District) brand from another mediocre screen company, the quality of CustomInk's work was well worth the spending and happy to have found the option to find the District brand in their inventory. Thank you Custom Ink!

It's a very easy process to design and order the customized tri-blend T-shirt. The product is very high quality and we love it.

Overall I am happy! I will give good and bad feedback..... The bad: I was offered 5% off the overall price, but the process to do so got complicated. We couldn't achieve it through the website and it delayed and complicated the checkout process. They had to send separate email links which turned into separate orders which turned into separate shipments and it just became complicated. Everything else was so easy and simple I was hoping there would be a simpler way to achieve the discount! Maybe a one-time code I could enter on the website to get the 5% to make it fast and easy? Also in the bad column... Several of the screen prints were off-center. By about 1/2 inch or slightly more. At a quick glance it's hard to tell, but if you take a second to actually look it's pretty noticeable. The good: I love the ease of the website! It was VERY user friendly and easy to navigate! I love the variety of selections! You have something for everyone! I felt the prices were fair. I love the Tri-Blend shirts! I was looking for an ultra soft shirt and they are the softest shirts I've ever felt! AMAZING!! Love them! The customer service was great overall! Conscientious and helpful! I was very pleased with the service (minus the 5% discount process). The discount process was not the customer service's fault so I have no issue wth the service!

My go-to place for the softest Tri-blends. Fun playing with downloaded image, adjusting size and location of graphic. The printed tee-shirt captured perfect details. Arrive earlier than expected. So glad I discovered the company. Highly recommend!

The quality of the t shirt material was not good and not worth what I paid. The poly blend seems to wrinkle excessively and must be ironed before use every time. Not acceptable. I went with a competitor on Amazon for some other shirts, 1/3 the price and quality all in all better and does not wrinkle after each wash. I paid waaayyyyy toooo much.

I appreciate the service and professionalism of the Custom Ink staff. The Gildan Softstyle Jersey Blend T-shirts are a great and unique addition to my family's reunion celebration in Washington, DC.

I designed a special t-shirt for an extended family gathering and chose Custom Ink based on prior experience ordering shirts for work-related events. Everything went smoothly and the results were excellent. The family loved the design, was impressed with the quality of the printing, and appreciated the high-quality tri-blend t-shirt I selected. As the designer, I found the design tools easy to use and very flexible and appreciated the helpful review service that tweaked my design for optimal results on all the different t-shirt sizes I needed to offer. Customer service was great. I would use custom ink again but I would choose a different product than the Bella + Canvas Tri-Blend T-shirt

The only criticism I have for the cafe press site is it is difficult to know what tshirt you are picking. There is not enough description regarding this. The bella & canvas tshirts that arrived are thinner, 50/25/25 blend that are actually snugger than the usual unisex large I wear by that brand. And once it's custom, there is no returning.
