My order was placed on May 15th with delivery on may 31 st. Due to a glitch in custom inc web page my order was never placed. When I realized this on May 27th, Anthony from South Shore Custom Inc saw that my order was placed and still delivered to my door on May 31st. Shirts were part of a memorial for my late husband and design came out exactly as I wanted. Thank you custom inc

I went in to the Custom Ink on Newbury St and spoke to a wonderful representative named Kate Shubert! She's helped from beginning to end, answering all my questions and doubts, helped with the order and she was just AMAZING! She's been so helpful and has such a great attitude & it wouldn't have been done without her help! My overall experience has been great!

I have been using custom in for about 4 years now to provide our branded fundraising materials and now for t-shirts to outfit our children's choir. Sing St. John as an organization is extremely pleased with everything and everyone we have worked with. From finding creative ways to get things from the mainland down to us here in the U.S. Virgin Islands, to working with us to ensure our logo looks perfect on all of their products.

Nice heavy weight shirts with good design. Very poor delivery. Customer service was very nice but unable to help with delivery Info due to computer problems. Only bought two shirts with a St. Pats design and it cost $75.00. Not cheap by any means. Not sure if I would order again from this company.

I designed a custom T-shirt for a St. Patrick’s Day bar crawl. All I can say is the design, print quality, color, and quality of material were fucking perfect! A+++!

Your customer service was exceptional. Kat contacted me to let me know the black lettering on the color of shirt I selected would not show up well. She suggested a a lighter shirt and white on the face of the leprechaun. She emailed me a picture of the changed design. Everyone loved the St. Patrick's Day shirts. Thanks Kat!

My experience with Custom Ink was most enjoyable...When I first contacted them, the suggestions to me on how the artwork was to be laid out was spot on. The design was easy to make online, and I was very pleased with the customer service. I was able to feel the shirts at the location on Cary St. in Richmond, VA. A follow up call was made to me to see how my order was - much appreciated. I had a total of 38 shirts!!
