Overall, very positive experience except for the shortage of women's color on navy and olive.

Really surprised how dark the navy blue is, it's practically black in person. This is a misrepresentation on your website designing tool imo. Be aware.

My only comment is with the shirt color as presented on the website. The actual shirt was significantly darker when it arrived. It's more in line what I expected when I ordered 'Navy,' but I based some of the design (the letter outlining, particularly) on the color as rendered onscreen. Not a big deal in the grand scheme. Your website did highlight the black outlines to be potentially low-contrast with the shirt color, but it looked ok to me in the graphics. Overall, I REALLY liked the formatting options available (font, colors, clipart designs, etc). They made it super easy to do a semi-complex design.

I usually don't have issues with our colors/logos on product, but this time our graphic actually came out purple and NOT a dark navy. Unfortunately since it has our logo on it we can't use them and we have to trash them :(

The original color shirt we chose did not offer the same color for Womens so we picked a second color and we had the same issue. When we would click on trying to order the same shirt but in women's sizes, the color would change to a different color option - it was very frustrating, and we ended up just ordering all men's shirts which is not what we wanted. We landed on a basic navy-blue shirt and even then, when we attempted to get the same color women's sizes, it gave us purple because navy-blue was not available in women's sizes????? Not good and while the people we worked with were very nice, it was overshadowed by this problem which leaves us unlikely to use your site again.

I ordered one t-shirt and one hoodie as samples of what I would receive before placing a bulk order, and I'm glad I did. The artwork that is supposed to be "Digital Print" looks more like heat press vinyl than printed ink, and all color edits I did to the artwork to make sure it would stand out on the dark navy shirts didn't get applied so now several parts of the image are hard to see. Also spent significant time making other color changes to limit the number of colors in the artwork to keep the cost down, which was a waste of my time because none of those changes we applied when they printed it. And yes, all those changes were saved, and still show now in my proof when I placed the order.

Custom ink rocks it when it comes to shirts! They are always our only choice to purchase from! The shirts are well made and hold up well to being washed and dried on Medium heat several times a month! The first shirts were Navy blue so of course those will fade. The ones I got t his time are Gray and we have only had them a couple of weeks. SO give me another couple of months and I can tell you more on how they hold up. But I believe they will hold up great!

Will not use again. Tried to get them to understand the blue color was wrong and they wouldnt listen. It turned out aqua and our blue is navy. Shirts are junk.

The digital proof provided is exactly what the shirts turned out like. Great quality in printing our logo. Navy blue of the shirt is great quality too. Fit is good! Will definitely use custom ink in the future.

Who can I contact about a refund? Sorry. I love custom ink and plan to continue using it, but I purchased a large navy shirt and payed extra for rush shipping. It should have been delivered by Thursday, Dec. 7, but instead arrived late Monday night, Dec. 11, 4 days late. It also was not NAVY, it is instead black.

I was impressed with the customer service I received - I had a note on my order when placed that there may be issues with printing. I chatted with a representative, and they noticed right away that the navy blue on a black shirt wouldn't show up well, but knew the blue would show up - they switched the color and we were good to go! Thanks!

Custom Ink was overall, very easy to work with and responsive to a couple of changes I wanted made. Although I used the website for most of the order, I felt more comfortable going into one of the stores which we have in Annapolis, MD to select the actual t-shirt maker and finalize the design. I found some parts of the website just a little difficult to use when making shirt selections and navigating through my order. Excellent customer service at the Annapolis location. I would order from Custom Ink again but be more selective in the t-shirt manufacturer I selected. Also received a military discount as this is a Navy Helicopter Squadron reunion, which was nice and very appreciated.

We ordered navy shirts with white printing. I wish there was 2 or more coats of paint on the printing because it fades after a few washings. Other than that I’m very satisfied.

Quality of the t-shirts are great! The printing and overall work done was excellent! Customer services is A-1. They were so helpful and communicative. It made the process super easy. The only thing to be aware of is the coloring online does not match the true color of the shirt. I ordered Team Navy and the shirts are definitely royal blue.
