I've used Custom Ink several times before. I was more anxious for this order because I was already ordering them late in my opinion. After several delays/holds on my double- order due to a digital print vs screenprint error, I had mostly (except a glimmer) given up hope of them arriving in time for the class field trip. They surprisingly arrived one day before. Thank the Lord! Thank you Custom Ink, you came through, once again. P.s. I always prefer screenprint!

Alexandra Begay worked with me from the day we walked into your Denver office. She has been prompt with email responses, mailing the sample I requested, managing price quotes and adjustments if needed. I got a request to approve artwork and adjustments when embroidery was added . Once artwork and payment were submitted the order was processed quickly and arrived in a very timely manner.

I had a great experience ordering with Custom Ink! It was easy to design the shirt I wanted. Wasn't sure if there would be copyright issues or not, but there weren't! It arrived early and I got a notification email about it, which was very helpful since I wasn't expecting it that day. And lastly, the shirt looks GREAT! I had the displeasure of ordering from a competitor last year, and the experience was night and day different. The seamless experience I've had with CustomInk has reinforced I will NEVER use that other company again. Your website was easy to navigate, plenty of options to choose from, extensive editing options, and without paying for expedited shipping, I still got my package early!! (The competitor took WEEKS to make the updates I requested and once approved took over a month to receive, AND charged for shipping despite their website having "Free shipping" plastered everywhere). With CustomInk, I placed my order, received the proof, made changes to my order, and received the package, in JUST A WEEK!!! Very impressed. Thank you CustomInk for making my life easier!!

They were able to precisely give me a date of when I would get our order, and I actually received them the day before. On top of that, Custom Ink was able to make a small donation to the organization that we our volunteering for which was both unexpected and amazing!
