The website experience was very good and very easy to use. However I was not impressed with the screen print of my logo. The colors were faded and it looked dull. My upload colors are vibrant red white and blue....American flag colors

My logo is a royal blue and it looks like the printer was running out of ink when you printed the shirts because my logo is blue at the top and then lightens to purple. Unfortunately, not my logo or company colors at all. My event is in two days so no time to do anything about it, I'm just stuck with these now.

I ordered the shirts for a team members who live in different parts of the country, and I have not seen the shirts. I wish that the website allowed me to add more options for the team members to choose from as I didn't know if they wanted t-shirts, polos, button-up shirts, etc. I ended up just sending them links to the shirts within our price range. I was also looking for shirts where I could only order one if a particular item. I thought I had done that successfully, BUT, in the ordering process, when I chose the specific color (pink), it then told me that there was a minimum of 6 shirts. We wanted the pink which said you could order 1, until I started the order process and then ended up having to get approval for a different color (Atomic blue), so I found this very misleading. Also, I was surprised when both of our team members ended up choosing the same shirt out of ten options that I sent. Sadly, when started the order for one of the shirts who is female, an option popped up for a v-neck version of the same shirt (which I didn't see when I was looking for shirt options). I didn't go back to get approval to order her the v-neck because of the color snafu, just wished it would have shown up earlier, preferably in the search process OR when that shirt was added to an options page, it never came up as a possibility. So, thinks I wish your website had was a option to search for shirts under a specified price. For it to somehow let you know if you had to order more than one item if it was a certain color (same shirt style). Other than that, I did have to contact customer service because I was afraid that one of the shirts may have still been in process as I never received a shipped email and/or tracking number of the shirt that went to Massachusetts. I did contact someone via your Chat, and they were very helpful, which I greatly appreciate good customer service.

This shirt is great for any kind of athletic activity, especially outdoors. It is very lightweight and feels silky smooth. The neon blue is nice and bright, a stand out color. The shirt definitely runs quite large, almost everyone on my team ordered to size down unless they wanted a loose fit. The printing seems like it will last a long time. Excellent value and also really awesome that you can put different numbers on the back with one set price per shirt (instead of extra costs for every number). Great customer service- sent me a final template to review within a few days of ordering and shipping was even a little early than estimated for 36 shirts. Will definitely use custom ink again!

Since the fit of the Jackets had most of our staff going to a size larger, we will need to do a reorder for sizes 4x, 5x and 6x. Those sizes dont come in our blue. is there anything you can do to help?

Custom ink changed our design due to print constraints but what changed was not what would affect the printing and when asked they changed the color back. Then when I received the shirts only the back had been corrected or the right color, the front is a different blue. The color of the sweatshirt was not represented well on the website and our print does not show on it - this should have been indicated in the changes they recommended and could have been caught at that point.

My order was a problem from the start. I was asked to switch to a lesser quality sweatshirt for the same price and only after complaining and agreeing to buy more was I allowed to order the same sweatshirt that I've been ordering for years. Then the order arrives and the colors are wrong. It's supposed to be 3 colors on the back - blue, white and gray and it's only 2 colors - blue and white and the blue color is wrong. I have been ordering for 6 years and never had an issue until this year. Super disappointed and not sure I'll be ordering from you again.

I shoud have been told to pick another tshirt color if i wanted the blue lettering. The printing on the front was unable to see. The person I worked with on the phone was friendly and responsive but should have been knowledgable about how the finished product would look.

Love the tank and the corporate logo we put on the tank. The white font came out darker than was shown on the website when we ordered. With a royal blue background it is harder to read than we hoped for a lighter white to pop on the royal blue that you can see farther away, but the company logo was perfect. Thanks for making the tank.

The shirt quality was amazing but the logo came out terrible. It looks like someone slapped a giant sticker on the shirt. It's shiny, doesn't fold right with the natural shirt folds while wearing it and just looks terrible. Furthermore, they didn't cut it quite right either as there is white around the edges of our blue logo in some spots. It's on a black shirt so this looks terrible.

The t-shirts turned out great but the link that was sent to approve the proof was automatically transferred to a page that showed "thank you for approving your design". I didn't think too much of it because we had the same design already printed and sent to other sites with the product turning out perfect. When the Georgia t-shirts arrived, the board on the logo was purple instead of the blue that was used on the other shirts. This was disappointing that they showed up different than the others.

Dudian D. told me a many untruths. He said I could go into the store to get samples and same day service. That was not the case. He also said you all could do exact color matching for the design and personalization. That was not true. The Annapolis location did not have the product that I wanted to purchase to verify sizing and quality. Everyone said at the very least that the blue in the emblem would match the blue for the names. That did not happen. The blues are off. Everyone said that the name in proportion to the emblem would be correctly sized in production. That was not the case. The name is oddly larger than the image.
