Ordering and follow up to approve my embroidered caps was excellent and easy and caps are exactly the quality I hoped for

The whole process of ordering my personalized caps was wonderful. They reached out to me with some issues early on and offered suggestions to help resolve them. The caps look good and feel good and are just what I wanted. they gave me a delivery date and I actually received them two days early. I am getting ready to submit another order with Custom Ink as I know the whole process will be positive again.

Was looking for baseball hats for our men's beer league softball team using our team logo. Site is super easy to use. Tons of products to choose from & almost overwhelming (in a good way) options to customize. Very easy to upload digital image. As organizer, I LOVED that all I had to do was share the link with the boys. Whoever wanted a hat just placed their individual order (including sizing & payment) within my group order. When ready to go, all I had to do was click 'submit'. Received a hi-res proof within about 24 hours & final product within about 10 days. Aside from products being high quality & exactly as ordered, the while process was supremely easy, efficient, and i didnt have to chase a single person for venmo payment. Custom Ink nailed it again on a reprint of our baseball club apparel. Reordering was simple and everything arrived on time. I was even able to add some additional pieces after the fact with only a small up charge. Very happy with my experience!

The art image is placed precisely in the right place, with no apparent flaws. The printing, to me, is perfect and I am even happy with my own composition. So, I have no negative comments. Is it now possible to obtain a price list for “printing-only” for both T-Shirts and baseball type caps, at various quantity levels? I would like to continue during business with your company, if at all possible, but for profitability I need to acquire the t-shirts in bulk.

The screenprinting looked amazing on the black and hot pink colored caps. However, the white looks terrible and not well done.
