I have ordered from Custom Ink before, so I knew that I would have a good experience. My one quibble is that I wish the website would show you the price of a single shirt or small order up front, rather than enticing you with the bulk price. Also in that vein, maybe let us create a design first, then auto-suggest a few different products to put it on, with the one-item-price. For example, if I create a design, the website could then pop up with "on this shirt, the cost would be X. On this shirt, the cost would be Y. On a backpack, it would be Z". That kind of thing, again with the most expensive version first, which would then lead to greater happiness if you order more than one, when you see your savings.

People loved the shirt and wanted me to order some for them

I designed my own shirt and it was VERY user friendly software, and it came out perfect.

Very disappointed in Custom Ink. I used to order from them years ago and the print quality has definitely went down. I ordered two T-shirts and was surprised to see the difference in print quality. They both were dull looking but one was definitely duller than the other. I ordered the same exact T-shirt from Rush Order Tees and it was 1000% better. It looked so vibrant and my logo really popped. Sadly, I wasted my money and will NOT be ordering from Custom Ink again.

This is the 4th custom shirt company I have used. It is not the most expensive but it is the best. They are able to handle multi color graphics and also make a custom shirt that is not loaded with paint. The shirts are extremely comfortable. Service is prompt and thorough and I feel confident passing the extra cost on to my customers because I know they will appreciate the extra quality.

I am making chemo port shirts, so I cut the t-shirt in the top quadrant immediately to insert a zipper. I needed help with drain placement. I received excellent service and they are perfect!

Experience was good, however the writing on the back of the shirt is about 3 inches too low. A little disappointing but workable.

Really appreciated the quality of printing. I have not washed it yet, but it seems like it will last. Received my shirt in a reasonable time.

It's so easy to design the exact shirt you want on Custom Ink's website! I wish they could figure out how to make tax exempt purchasing so easy.

I first encountered these shirts when I ordered a shirt from a different company with a printed image. I liked the shirt a lot, then discovered that Bella+Canvas typically only sell wholesale to other t-shirt companies with printed/branded images on the shirt; you can't really buy them retail. So I purchased a number of them from CustomInk, with no image.

Ok. Be mindful that if some members don't order the shirt, the organizer has to cover the balance.

Material is very cheap looking for the amount I was charged per shirt. The printing looks very faded. Does not look anything like my previous orders.

My only complaint is a minor one. Between the Gildan Midweight 50/50 crewneck sweatshirt and the Gildan Softstyle Jersey T-shirt, the printing on the tee is a bit better. On the sweatshirt, the printing doesn't seem quite as bold, giving the shirt a sort of vintage look. This is especially true of the white ink. On the tee, the printing is bright and bold. Both products are excellent quality. The customer service and ordering experience with Custom Ink continues to be top-notch!
