Everything went fabulous from start to finish! CustomInks team is great! Megan was sure to verify everything was exactly how I wanted it which was great because some how the colors got changed to black instead of navy blue and white. I gave the long sleeve shirts to the boys Monday night and despite the weather being 85 degrees they warmed up in their long sleeve gray shirts and wore their long sleeve blue shirts for the game. I think they liked them.

the white t shirt and the blue outline graphic is very bright and was loved by the recipient!

The costumer service was great! I ordered a blue shirt. Some of the writing was also in blue so they emailed me personally saying they don't think the 2 blues would show up. They said they suggested a yellow. I went ahead with the yellow and it looks great.

I was very please with my order! The online chat representative was so patient to help me choose the perfect shade of blue in the kind of tshirt that I wanted! Great business!!

I was pretty happy with the two Rabbit Skins brand onesies, size 24 months, that I ordered. The vibrant royal blue color was good, the digital printing pretty decent compared to screen printing, with only a few very, very slight "weathering cracks" to the image if you looked closely in some of the larger solid color areas. I laundered one in a washer load according to directions (cold water wash, low tumble dry) to see how they'd turn out before wearing. They are 100% cotton knit, a fabric notorious for shrinking, so I was prepared for anything. The results were not surprising, as garment shrinkage was about an inch in length and about a half inch in width. I'm glad I ordered up a size. But the onesie still looked like new, and the printing held up. I am happy with this purchase and will do it again for other unique occasions.

Overall, the experience with CustomInk was OK. The customer service was satisfactory - especially when there were a couple of mistakes e.g. the youth shirts in my original order did not have the printing on the back and I needed to send them back. Customer service attempted to make up for this when I added another shirt and they didn't charge me for it. But the shirt came back in a color that was not the same as the original blue I had ordered. Then I was awarded a $25 coupon to use. I did use it to order a single shirt (LC Bird Volleyball) but the printing is smaller than I wanted. Oh well, overall I was satisfied with CustomInk and how they tried to work with me even after the mistakes.

My only problem was when I placed the order over the phone I had 3 different setups, one was Pink with Blue Writing.. One was Black with Blue Writing.. and one was Royal Blue with Light Blue Writing ... I had asked for the Pink and Blue and the Black and Light Blue ... we didn't end up receiving the black and blue .. they sent us the royal and light blue. Which is fine but we were actually hoping for the blue and black as those are our company colors. And when we talked about it on the phone the lady even said that she was doing the black and blue and sent me a proof for a black and blue one.. so I am not sure how I ended up with the royal instead, but I am aware there is not much I can do about it now.

In business, nothing else matters if the final product is not right. The entire experience with Customink was rather pleasant, until I opened the box containing the shirts which are to be used for my companies work uniform. The parts of my logo that are supposed to be red are orange instead, and the blue parts come out baby blue. I will use my local guys from now on, they may be a little more difficult for me to deal with due to the fact I am bust during there hours, and they may take about twice as long, but there product is always dead-on and is about half of Customink's price.

I LOVED the quality of the material, super soft ad thick on the inside, vibrant strong blue and strong fabric, so I know Its not cheap! It's fit perfect! I'm 5'5" and got a small and a 2x large for someone who's 6'9. Size chart made it so easy!

We will use your services again for sure. It was seemless! The design looked exactly like the proof. The blue/green color we wanted was beautiful. High quality everything and it shows!

I love the Koozies! They are great. I wasn't thinking about how the light blue ink wouldn't pop on the clear cup like the white on the blue koozie, but with it filled with a drink they look great! I know everyone is very excited to use them!!
