Custom Ink is great and has an awesome design feature. The biggest problem is the quality of the shirts if you are not familiar with all the clothing lingo. Kinda feels like they intentionally mislead you into thinking you're getting a great quality product and then it arrives to see it is paper thin. My last order can best be described as a swimsuit cover up as opposed to something that could be worn as a t-shirt on its own.

It is a Xmas gift, came right on time and looks really nice, I would recommend this shirt.

Website shirt design process was pretty easy to use. Would have been handy if I could have added an outline to my image.

Custom Ink was easy to use and I got my shirt in a timely manner. It is a little expensive, especially when ordering just one shirt with design on both sides.

My experience with Custom Ink customer service was wonderful. Before placing my order, I called 3 times to ask questions. Each person I spoke to was very polite, friendly and went out of their way to help me. When I placed my order, I felt completely confident that I had chosen the correct T Shirt brand, fabric, color and size. I will not only recommend Custom Ink, I will be a repeat customer.

I love how easy and quick it is to create my own t-shirt design. Custom Ink does a great job and they do it so quickly.

Great easy interface, customizable. Love how you can change the colors of the shirt while designing. I put so many pictures on it and thought it wouldn’t print well or detailed enough, but it was perfect. Thanks Custom Ink team :D

I purchased a bulk order for our employees Christmas gift this year. It’s hard to find an item that everyone will like when you’re dealing with over 100 employees, but the shirt was the perfect fit for our team! This time of year is very busy and I appreciate how easy it is to order from Custom Ink. I know that I don’t have to worry about something going wrong with the order or the quality being bad. I have continued to be impressed with the products and service from this company!

My experience with Custom Ink was great. You come to expect problems with quality when it comes to rush jobs, but I'm happy to say that was not the case at all. I was afraid our more intricate logo may cause problems with scaling, but every word is easily legible, and the quality is exactly what I'd expect if purchasing a shirt for myself. Expensive but worth it in a pinch!

The custom shirts I made for my Grandma's 90th birthday were such a big hit! The shirts were great quality. It's important to know that if you order shirts of different sizes, the smallest shirt will determine the size of your design on all t-shirts. My order originally included a child size shirt, but when I got my proofs the design on each shirt was tiny because it had been scaled down so much. In the end I had to remove the child t-shirt from my order so that I could get the rest of the shirts to somewhat resemble my original design. Just something to keep in mind when ordering!

Showed up on time, even in December! Fits great, the design I made hasn't flaked off or washed out like another t-shirt design service I tried. The design board is pretty comprehensive, and I really appreciated the centering lines while designing. I've had other shirts come out aligned off center before, this simple little addition really makes a difference for me.
