I had a great experience with Custom Ink. We needed over 300 tee-shirts within a 2 week timeframe and not only did they get it done but the tee-shirts came a day early. The whole order was placed through the Chat. The customer service was exceptional.

Once, I received my order which was a day late, and delivered to my neighbor. (not totally your fault, but you do pick the carrier) The order arrived, and it was nice enough. For the price, I would have expected cleaner edges and softer shirts. Turnaround time was awesome.

I spoke with three different individuals during the design and approval process. Two of them were absolutely outstanding and did an exceptional job. The third must have been having a bad day. But the other two were so good that you still deserve a “WOW” rating. I’ve already recommended Customink to others and will definitely use it again.

The fact that our items arrived ahead of time with express we were super excited my mom was happy to have her shirt for my baby shower after a horrible experience with another company. Truly custominks saved the day and even the customer service was sweet and on time and even emailed back any concerns or questions before sending we truly appreciate it

It was great, with the design tech team, payment issues, but was corrected, shipping was great. Everything would have proceeded more smoothly if not for the 4 day delay with payment process.

I have ordered tons of times in the past and have not had any issues, but this time... I ordered 35+ shirts for a big event and 4 didn't arrive. There was plenty of time to fix that, however, because it was ordered with different names on the back of the shirts, they were considered individual pieces. Due to that, they were unable to send them expedited even though it was their mistake. Needless to say, 4 team members had no shirts to wear on the day of the event. Extremely disappointed in the fact that it could have been resolved and it wasn't.

Maaaaaaan, listen. OMG! Lol! I felt so happy and pleased the day my merch came, I sent an email to the customer service email--simply because I didn't know who else to talk to about how happy I was with the order!! Everything looks great, I feel like I got the best deal, given that I used the most affordable items to make the merch. Affordability did NOT equate to any drop in quality! Mind you, I have yet to wash the garment so maybe i'll follow up, but--as of now--I'm one happy chick!! Much love to Amy S. and the whole crew!

I sent this to your service team after I received the shirts: I’m going through chemotherapy and radiation treatments for a brain tumor here at HCI (Huntsman Cancer Institute) The last shirts you made (survive). 1 is for me, the 6 Large Youth shirts are going to some young kids that are struggling in the Children’s Hospital. Angie F. gave excellent customer service and ensured that the product actually exceeded the given deadlines! I was tardy in submitting the design for production and the given date of arrival was 3/24…three days following the recipient's birthday. Angie F.'s diligence meant that the product shipped early enough to arrive one day before the recipient's birthday. A huge win for me.

I approved the final proof but I neglected to see that my front logo was repositioned to the left breast pocket side. My boss prefers the front logo larger in size and not on the pocket. Overall the print screening was great as usual, your customer service is second to none. Have a great day
