My experience with Custom Ink was great. I got a lot of help when ordering my hoodies and everyone I worked with was very kind, respectful, patient, and helpful.

QUALITY HOODIES AT A FAIR PRICE WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

I wish it was possible to put multiple orders within the same group order form like hoodies & hats because it gets super confusing for people ordering using the order form.

Custom Ink did a great job on our hoodies Great customer service and quick turnaround - considering bad weather and the holidays.

My school club loves our Custom Ink hoodies. Improvement can be to provide an affordable price. Fundraising is difficult and our purchase of 25 hoodies is the largest expenditure. Another improvement is to reduce the amount of plastic packaging. Can you use paper bags instead of plastic bags? Paper can go in the recycling bin. Plastic goes to the trash bin and ultimately the landfill. Please remember to be eco-friendly in your operations. Thank you.

I like the design platform - not amazing but better than competitors. Very disappointed in the last two custom logo hoodies I ordered. Logo looks dull, faded and crooked. Did not have time to reorder before event so my team took the worst ones and we gave the better ones to the client.

Custom ink was awesome in ensuring the hoodies reached the team before their first event. They were fabulous!!

I have submitted my feelings in an email to the company and I am still waiting to hear back, so as of right now, I do not have an experience yet with customer service. I feel the issue with the hoodies and my logo not being able to be seen is not something that is acceptable. The proof that I approved showed the logo being printed lower on the back of the hoodie so that the hood did not obstruct the view. I would really like this issue to be addressed with customer service.

Hi, In my Order #78253882, there were a few items that were not the exact color as the rest. I wish they communicated with me this change. I could have changed the color of the entire order. It is not a big difference but is noticeable. I asked the favor from a friend to bring the hoodies from the US to me, so I was not able to check at the time of delivery. Thanks,

Custom Ink was fast, offered excellent customer service, and got our hoodies to us just after the New Year though we ordered only a few days before Christmas. They didn't slow down one bit, and we got our hoodies in time! Very impressed with the service and quality. Groups and organizations at our school use them often, and now I know why.

We've purchased these several times for outside workers. Charcoal color fades to medium gray quickly. Expected more for the price of the product. The men report the hoodies are comfortable to work in.

Love the hoodies! This is my second purchase and I will definitely be ordering again. Designs are easy to come up with, with all the tools provided, and shipping was fast. Very impressed!

overall very good and positive experience, just concerned if my custom hoodies with our logo on them are going to stand the test of time, as the logo is printed very "lightly" on the hoodie, it's almost translucent, not as vibrant as they looked when designing them. They lack the pop they did making them.

I'm definitely going to need to redo the hoodies.

I was disappointed because this went into production without having me confirm the look after an artist's review. I ordered the products by phone with a customer service rep that repeatedly explained that he had limited abilities to make changes, but that he would send what he thought I was requesting to an artist who would then contact me to confirm. I had no reason to doubt this because this is what happened the many previous times I've placed orders. However, nobody contacted me, within 48 hours I was told that the order had been sent to production and there was nothing I could do. Although I would have made changes to the layout and colors that I received, in the end, they're good enough. On the other hand, I was missing hoodies, which has happened before with past orders.
