I liked buying from CustomInk. The only problem I had was false advertising on the website. When I ordered my hoodies it said there was enough of each size in stock of what I was trying to buy but then got an email saying they were out of size small so I had to rearrange it.

Wonderful! If I need anything again and you have it, I will absolutely utilize your site again and will highly recommend you to friends. We had one problem with the final design of our print not fitting because the web site did not properly indicate how severely the hood would cover our design. The initial redraw was shrunken by proportion and looked bad. The art team worked very quickly over a two day period to get a final solution that was wonderful. This was not a hassle, and only took 2-3 days because I could not respond back until late each night on that days proposal. The Bella Girly Fleece Raglan Hoodies are soft and cozy, and as described are a smaller fit. My daughter is thrilled to be giving these out at her up coming celebration! Thank you!

The image I provided for the hoodies I ordered turned out much better than I expected and was nicely cleaned up by the graphics team. Very good. Maybe the logo on my hoodies could have been slightly larger, other than that I am very happy with my order & the service provided.

The customer service @ Customink is amazing. They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible. We had a huge order (279 personalized hoodies) that they worked with us on everything...from the multiple forms of payment to the indecisive middle school students who kept wanting to change their personalization. I've ordered screenprint hoodies through other companies, and they did not take the time to make the print look like my submitted design. Definitely sticking with Customink for future orders. Customer Service was great. Lori was very helpful. Satisfied except for the slanted print job on the front of the hoodies. T-shirts were fine.

There is no better company in the world for producing the best possible t-shirt for any idea you have. I am a long-time, loyal fan. CustomInk has wildly exceeded my expectations through years of crazed ideas and last-minute efforts. Other people can chart their lives with photos....I chart mine via the many CustomInk artifacts I've created! From hoodies for my children's youth orchestras, through family inside joke shirts, a series of "collector's edition" sayings on t-shirts for my teenage son and his select friends, through rock band t-shirts for my husband's midlife-crisis band, father/son deployment shirts, and now a series of highly prized Marine tshirts requested by my son and his buddies...you can tell where I am in my life by the CustomInk tshirts I create. Next up is in response to my son's call: "Mom, we want an 'I Survived Combat Outpost Sullivan' memorial t-shirt." I love the fact that my son thinks all life events are marked by the production of CustomInk t-shirts. You all should be proud!

Great experience, the customer service is fantastic. If you have any concerns or questions don't hesitate to call them, a representative will help you address any concerns you might have from the quality and sizing for the hoodies (I was warned American Apparel runs small so switched to Hanes and saved myself there) to concerns about how our uploaded logo design might be (the designers adjusted the font since I expressed we wanted it to be clear and easy to read). Delivery was 1 week, absolutely great quality screen printing, our team hoodies were even better than we expected.

Customer Service is GREAT! They were able to specially order american apparel hoodies with white strings & white zipper =) Screen printing was exactly how i wanted it and packaging was neat!

When I was in Iraq ,My team and I had some Hoodies and T-shirts printed up from them and let me tell you this..Everyone that orderd something turned around and wanted to re order more of both...!!! Customink ROCKS... great choice.
