The reason I came to your website in the first place is because I need teal shirts and you had them! Once on the website I was thrilled to see the selection of colors, logos, shirt and brands. creating a shirt was easy and I really liked the prompt that should me how to make the shirt a little less expensive. The most impressive part of my experience (other than the awesome shirts) was the custom service. I was worried about shipping in time and spoke to 3 different folks over the course of a week. All three were wonderful! They were informative, efficient, and nice!

I'm not sure if I will make another order, I have used CustomInk in the past and have been happy with them. However the last time I had shirts made, the "design team" they have really dropped the ball when it came to helping choosing colors. They are very fast with shipping and the website is very easy to use.

We placed a very large company order (almost 2000 shirts). CustomInk worked with us to make sure the logo was perfect, the colors matched our company-approved hues, broke our order up to different shipping locations as needed with no additional charge, turn around was very quick, and the final product was outstanding. It's very difficult to please almost 1000 different people ordering shirts, but there was not a complaint in the bunch. Thanks so much!

This is the second order I have placed with this company and the service was phenomenal.......The only regret I have is not using the free t shirt voucher code(free208) that I received in the mail. Maybe customer service will mention the voucher code next time. I am looking forward to order more t-shirts for my church in the future..........CustomInk ROCKS!!!

My order included two orders. They both had the same design except for one change in a quote. My order was for my fellow students and my teacher. I ordered in Bulk, and they were supposed to be here by June 3, but had a problem with shipping and part of the order arrived on June 4. I was wondering where the bulk order was so I called again, and it turned out the she had never placed the order for the bulk shirts. The people on the phone were incredibly nice, but the fact the stuff wasnt here on deadline was pretty bad considering school let out.

There was a slight snafu with the delivery. I ordered "Rush Delivery" which was guaranteed to arrive by a certain date and it didn't, so that was a bummer, but the shipping was reimbursed and I got a $10 coupon. Apart from the delivery, the website was so easy and fun to use. I definitely plan on creating future t-shirts on your website!

My experience with CustomInk was great! The website was easy to navigate. I uploaded my own image to the shirt I ordered, and that was very simple to do. Processing and shipping went ahead of schedule and my order arrived three days before the guaranteed shipping date. Apparently, CustomInk also enjoyed the photo I put on the shirt, because there was a Post-it note in my package that read, "We LOVED this!" It was so fun and nice to have that personal communication. I will definitely order from CustomInk again.
