Overall I'm happy with experience. My only issue was with delivery. I paid the most for the express delivery only for it to arrive a day later than was guaranteed. Now I don't know if this was an issue with CustomInk or the postal service, but a guarantee shouldn't be made unless it can be honored.

The design was done very well. I was disappointed in the repeated delays in getting the order by the due date and the undersizing of the T shirts that were ordered. However, the follow up customer service to address these two issues was excellent. I was very pleased with the ultimate outcome.

The quality and printing was good, a bit on the pricy side for single color ink printed shirts, but don't expect your delivery on time if you pay for the most expensive shipping option. I paid for "express rush" or whatever the fastest option is and it showed up 3 days late.

We have ordered from Custom Ink before, the exact onesies with the exact same printing and these are soooo not the same quality. The Onesie itself is a way rougher material, the ones we ordered last time were so soft, these are not even close. The printing doesn't look very good either, especially when you put it next to the old ones... it looks splotchy and almost like the printer was running out of ink. Each onesie also came with a sticker inside the top that is super difficult to get off... I wouldn't put this on my own baby much less send out to customers for theirs.... but the customer service was good and the process was easy.
