Overall my experience with CustomInk was definitely a "WOW!". I had to change the number of my order twice and both times it was very simple to do so. The associates that I spoke to were happy to help and friendly. Also, the shipping was quick! Thank you CustomInk!

I have nothing negative to say! The custom service was wonderful! I spoke to a employee named Jessica and she extremely helpful. The shipping was beyond fast! We were not expecting to get them so fast! The shirt came out 100x better than our last year shirt with other company. I will defiantly be using the company for all my shirt orders. I also love the idea of putting a stick with every shirt

Really easy website to use from start to finish; ongoing check-ins from your company via email to confirm the order had been processed, in the making, and finally shipped. Shipping time was quick - one week - which was a nice surprise. I felt like if anything had gone wrong, you guys would be on top of it. We would definitely use your services again.

Fantastic experience - the customer service is top-notch and I liked that the representatives weren't afraid to give me their honest opinions about items I submitted. And, the free shipping is a huge plus. Also, I had a very specific request to make that I couldn't quite figure out on the website, and I was surprised by how accommodating each of the representatives were with my order.

Overall, I had a really good experience with CustomInk. Any questions I had were answered, and responses were timely throughout the whole process from creating the design to ordering and shipping.

Experience was great! Shirts arrived well before scheduled day which was very helpful to have in a short time limit. Quality of the shirts were better than some other companies and shirts don't fade after a period of time. Price also reasonable for the quantity and no shipping rate especially great!

Overall the experience was good. I had some challenges with getting the combined youth/adult order right, and had to create my design twice when editing, which was a little frustrating. I suppose if I had clicked for help that would have saved me the trouble. I appreciate that there are real people available to help, even though I didn't take advantage of it. Shipping happened faster than expected and everything looked great. Will definitely order again.
