"We are The Pig Kahuna, New England's premier provider of pig roasts. We cater MANY weddings and started a tradition years ago where the bride has to cut the head off of the roasted pig. The reason for this is that it's a reminder for the groom of what will happen if he becomes "pig headed" during the marriage. :-) In this collage is a picture of our most recent bride with her groom "anxiously" looking on.
