"This was my teams first Tough Mudder. We wanted to feel like a great team and match each other, so what better way to do that than to order matching shirts. Come to find out, our race was the last one of the year, so that just made it even better. We got compliments on our shirts, which just made us stronger. We all successfully completed the Tough Mudder together, and cannot wait until next year! When we decided to make matching shirts, we were all pretty nervous because none of us are artistic. Custom Ink made it very easy for us to make the shirts we wanted. The most difficult part was trying to decide what exactly to put on it, because there were endless options for everything. I didn't even know where to start because there was so much to choose from! Once I finally figured out the design, CustomInk talked to me throughout the whole process. I was very impressed that I got an email showing a rough draft of the shirt and that they had made edit suggestions to make the shirt look better. I mean, what place makes sure you're 100% happy before they actually make it and ship it out? When I received the package, the shirts were even put in protective wrapping incase the weather was bad. The whole process was so personal, and it was great to have that feeling. Most places make you just feel like you're just another way to make money. But, CustomInk made me feel like they truly cared, and reminded me that there were actual people behind making my product, not just a robot.
