About this campaign
Allison Campolo is running for Texas State Senate District 10 because she believes not every Texan is fairly represented in our state legislature, and she aims to change that. She believes all Texans should have the same rights and security, no matter what color, gender, religion, or orientation you may be.
Allison has been personally against the "You can't sit with us" trend for a long time, and feels that every one - no matter what age - deserves to feel more included, not less. After making her own 'You can sit with me' shirts for personal use for years, she has decided to let this message shine through her campaign for State Senate. After all, what better speaks to this message of inclusiveness than the inclusiveness we all seek from our communities and from the way the government regards us. We all deserve to feel included - through the lunch table AND through the law.

Dr. Campolo is running against one of the worst legislators in Texas. You'd think the task would be easy, no it won't. Her opponent is supported by mean spirited and divisive factions that stop at nothing. It will take enormous effort and expense.
