About this campaign

Join the Community Kindness Movement annually, the THIRD WEEK IN SEPTEMBER for Community Kindness Week!
Let's spread #KINDNESS in our homes, schools, communities, and online by wearing #YELLOW Kindness Shirts and by participating in our daily Acts of Kindness Challenges. Mark your calendar for September 14th-20th, 2020.

We also celebrate KINDNESS DAY every THIRD Thursday of each month. We encourage adults and children to become KINDNESS AMBASSADORS and to wear our #YELLOW Kindness shirt on Thursdays throughout the year for #KindnessThursday.

The CKM was founded by the Nelson Family, who chose to perform acts of kindness to diminish exclusion/bullying that was happening out on the playground to one of their family members.

My daughter loved her free t-shirt she got in Elementary. She didn't get one last year in 6th grade and has been asking for one since she saw the new design. She plans to wear to school every Thursday!
