Wells Community Academy High School

Wells High School, in Chicago, is truly unique. It is one of the last surviving neighborhood schools in Chicago that educates young people from diverse cultures from all over the city.

Wells High School is aiming to take 12 students on an adventure of a lifetime, during the 2017 summer! The 10 day trip to Europe will take students to Prague, Vienna, Budapest and Munich to not only explore significant cultural landmarks but to learn about their history & architecture, eat different food, see beautiful scenery and hear many different languages. For most of these students, this trip will not only be their first time in Europe, but their first time traveling outside of Chicago. These students truly engage in their own learning and are ready to challenge themselves to explore other cultures.
