About this campaign
As you may already know, Chris and Nicole welcomed their first baby, Griffin Wilder, in September of 2023. Griffin was born with a congenital heart defect (CHD) and has received a few other related diagnoses. In addition to a prolonged NICU stay after birth, Griffin had open heart surgery at just a few months old and many other procedures and extended hospital stays since. He has spent so much of his life in the hospital and his wonderful parents (Chris and Nicole) have stayed close by his side.
Most recently, after a month long hospital stay, Griffin fell ill during a pediatric office visit and was rushed to St. John Moross and eventually transferred to Children's after he stabilized. He is currently intubated and undergoing more procedures while awaiting answers. We know he is a strong little guy and we are all praying over his road to recovery.
All proceeds will go directly to the Barg family. When caring for a sick child, living expenses and bills shouldn't be a worry. Let's do what we can to lessen the financial burden and show our support.
Employees of CFCU: Wear your red on Tuesday, June 11th to show support for Griffin! (I have received permission for us to wear our shirts at Westward Way on June 11th.)

Chris & Nicole you are such amazing new parents and have PHD's in parenting when you should just be able to snuggle and enjoy these new moments. Keep up the good fight for little Griffin, he is so strong. Most of all just continue to love him. ♥
Prayers every day for improvement and answers for Griff as well as for strength for Nikki and Chris. We love you three!
This little boy is my daughter's best friends baby. His mama is also what I consider a bonus daughter. They have been through so much with this little guy. They fight hard for answers for him. I love you, Nikki, Chris and Griff. Continued prayers.
Sending lots of love and prayers! ❤
Keep fighting little Griffin! Get well soon!
