About this campaign

The THRIVE T-shirt fundraiser will help support THRIVE's three global initiatives: Grow & THRIVE, Ment2THRIVE & Food2THRIVE. THRIVE global initiatives are the foundation of our ERG and are adopted and implemented by all THRIVE Chapters.​ ​ These initiatives allow us to:
1.) Provide education and awareness on topics impacting black team members and identifying Professional Development programs.
2.) Provide mentoring & sponsorship for school age students (Grades 7-12), company interns (college) & NTT DATA team members.
3.) Help build relationships with corporate & community organizations that can guide and support our mission and goals. As well as help spearhead NTT DATA’s competitive edge!




THRIVE is an Employee Resource Group that was established in 2018. Our purpose is to provide, support and create programs and experiences that will increase inclusion, diversity and promote the successful advancement of Black employees at NTT DATA Services at all levels. We strive to build a more diverse NTT DATA Services employment population that will foster positive, successful relationships with clients and communities we serve.​
