I am a therapist working in the field for 35 years helping people cherish their bodies. It’s a journey but so worth the work.
The message and education I wish we had as children
My body hasn’t always been a love story. Raising two daughters and supporting those recovering from eating disorders has helped me rewrite that narrative. This work is part of how I’m learning to live my love story.
