About this campaign

These shirts have been carefully designed to represent Team Super Abigail.

Not long before her diagnosis, Abigail fell in love with Superman, Supergirl and all things Super Hero. Never did we expect her to become the Super Hero of life.

The words Love, Hope, Faith and Strength and all attributes that Abigail has shown and what carries us through this battle.

The orange shirts were chosen as orange is the color for leukemia awareness.

The ribbons at the bottom of the shirt are the universal symbol of support. We picked an orange ribbon in honor of leukemia awareness and a gold ribbon in honor of childhood cancer awareness.

By participating as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) TNT, we are raising funds to help find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients. Your donation will help fund treatments that save lives every day; like immunotherapies that use a person’s own immune system to kill cancer. You may not know it, but every single donation helps save a life with breakthrough therapies such as these. Patients need these cures and they need your support and prayers.

We are raising funds and walking/running for Team in Training in honor of Abigail Mullins. On April 7th, after several weeks of fighting strep throat, she went back to her pediatrician for severe pain, who sent her directly to the local hospital for bloodwork. From there, she was transported to Brenner Children’s Hospital via ambulance for a platelet transfusion and further testing. The next morning, she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia & our world turned upside down. Abigail is currently in phase 2 of treatment and responding well.

Abigail is 2.5 yrs old, loves Supergirl, pandas, and Mickey. Her smile and giggle will melt your heart every time. In our opinion, family is so often not defined by blood and marriage…………but by those who you can call on day and night. There is nothing we would not do to help relieve any single aspect of this insanity that has rocked our world. We have spent hours at the hospital with them, taking food, helping with their older daughter, hitting our knees in prayer…yet nothing seems like enough because we cannot cure our Supergirl for them. The closest thing we can do is to raise money for more research so that someday there will be a cure.

Please pray for Super Abigail as she goes through treatment for the next couple of years. Pray for her parents, her sister, her doctors & medical staff. Please pray for Team Super Abigail as we train for a half marathon/half marathon relay. Please pray for the much needed cure for these blood cancers.

For more details about each of our teammates & updates on Abigail’s treatment, please visit our Team Super Abigail page below. If you can make an additional donation or just want to make a donation instead of buying a t-shirt, you may.

When you buy a t-shirt approximately $10 of each shirt will be donated to our team. Just $10 helps an LLS-funded researcher to grow cells in a lab for a week, to understand how well a new blood cancer therapy might work.

Together we can save lives!!!!!
