About this campaign

We are a community based day program for adults with disabilities in Williamson County, TN. Our mission is to build independence, develop self awareness, and empower adults with disabilities through volunteer work and community based instruction.  To find out more about our program, visit our website at https://stepupspringhill.org/ or find us on Facebook as StepUp MidTn.  We are a non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.

Through this booster we are hoping to raise funds for activities outside of our typical work schedule.  We hope to be able to plan cultural and educational trips for our clients, such as taking tours of historical homes, going to museums, attending sporting events, going bowling, going out to eat, buying groceries to cook lunch, and more.           

The main focus of our program is volunteering as we believe that serving others can be the means through which we grow as individuals.  Through volunteering, our clients gain vocational, social, and daily living skills.  These skills are strengthened through learning activities within the community.  And through our efforts people in our communities will gain an awareness of the amazing ways people with disabilities can contribute and make a positive impact in society.
