Ranch Hands! We need your help! We have organized this fundraiser to offer a low-cost limited edition shirt featuring a new streamlined Neon Hippo logo, and printed on the same soft, high-quality, comfortable T-shirt utilized in our last Pibble Ranch Barn Raisin' T-Shirt Fundraiser. We are asking for your help today to fund medical care and supply costs for Reba and her puppies.

Last week we took in Reba, a very pregnant momma dog who had been found abandoned in the parking lot of a warehouse. Reba came to us badly malnourished, with heartworm disease, and intestinal parasites. We immediately provided good food, medicine, supplements, and comfortable area to give birth. X-rays indicated that she had (11) puppies aboard, and her 45lb frame was literally bursting at the seams. Her poor puppy-packed body was experiencing unimaginable strain, and her already weakened system was not sending adequate nutrition to her babies. As her conditioned worsened leading up to labor, we were forced to perform an emergency c-section to give her and her (11) puppies any chance at life. In the hours that followed, we lost (2) of the puppies who, like the others, were born 7-10 days premature. It has been an around the clock fight to keep the remaining (9) puppies alive. Presently, with almost no sleep for the Ranchers, we have (9) puppies on oxygen attempting to finish developing their lungs outside of their mother, and being tube fed every two hours. These tough little warriors are hanging in there, and we have hope that they will continue to get stronger with each passing hour. We still have a long sleepless road ahead.

Reba, being gravely ill has been hospitalized since giving birth. The cost of hospitalization for over a week is a big expense, but necessary to save Reba's life.

This is where we need the support of our Ranch Hands (that's you!). We are expecting many thousands of dollars in medical bills for Reba's case, which has depleted our general fund greatly.
