NATRC A Ride, open, novice and CP NATRC B ride for Open, CP and Novice Saturday and Sunday Leisure Division B1 and B2 (Saturday and Sunday)

Limit 60 riders www.cbarstables.com General Info: The ride is on well established trail at C Bar Stables in Valley mills. The terrain consists of a combination of gentle rolling hills, pasture and rocky caverns. Hoof protection is highly recommended. Helmets are required for all riders under 18 of age. Membership for NATRC is free this year if you have never been a member. Please visit www.natrc.org and sign up to be a member. Camp Info: Negative coggins required. Camping consists of large pasture. There are 13 electric spots and they will be assigned to the first 13 people who pay in full for the ride. Electric spots are $15 each. Additional primitive camping available for no charge, however there is also a ranch fee for everyone of $15 per day. There are 2 permanent porta potties, and there is water, otherwise camping is primitive. Volunteers camp for free. Horse water is available from a central source, but it is advisable to bring some water if you can for convenience. Meals: Potato potluck Saturday dinner. Please bring toppings for potatoes, soup, salads and dessert. Sign up sheet will go up in April so we don’t all bring butter and sour cream. Soup and Chili supper is available for purchase Friday night for $8 for everyone including volunteers (there will be a donation basket to support the feeding of volunteers). Coffee will be served to everyone. Volunteers will be fed Friday-Sunday. Directions: GPS will guide you to the location. From Whitney take 22 toward the lake and over the dam. Turn left on 56 and the follow it to County Road 3348. There is a sign for cbar. Follow the driveway into camp. From the south go to Valley mills on hwy 6 and then turn on high 56 to county road 3348. Registration: Register at rms.natrc.net and look for the ride called Raising the Bar in Region 4.
