Hey y’all!
My hope is that as you are reading this letter, you and your family are doing well. If I don't know you, my name is Brandy Collum. I am a junior at the University of Alabama majoring in Spanish and Marketing.
This past summer, I was a counselor at Pine Cove–specifically Camp in the City. It was my first summer serving and loving children and families through this ministry, and wow, what a summer! I do not think I will ever be able to fully express how impactful it was for me. Our God is such a good God, and He truly changed my life this summer. With that being said, I have the privilege of continuing this ministry this coming January, as I will be traveling to Panama with Pine Cove's Commission Camping. Through this opportunity, I will be sharing and teaching the Good News of our God's overflowing love for His children. I am seeking you to join me in this ministry. Please continuously pray with me that hearts will be open to receive words of Truth that are spoken, pray that lives will be transformed, and pray for my team as we travel and adjust to a new environment. I am also asking that you consider giving financially however you feel led. The total cost for the trip is $2450. If you would like to be a part and donate, you can buy a t-shirt for $22 or donate your own amount.
Thank y'all in advance for your support and prayerful considerations. It is not only for me, but also for the children and families who will hear the Gospel in Panama. I am so excited to see the Lord work as I take this step of faith.
