About this campaign
The UNMC College of Nursing Psych Interest Group will be walking on September 9th at the Out of the Darkness Community Walk in Omaha in support of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention's mission to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide.
All proceeds from the sale of t-shirts will be donated to the AFSP to achieve their goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.

I am very interested in Mental Health and want to support this program/group.
I am supporting this campaign because I am a health care provider in Mental Health services and I see the affect mental illness has everyday. I also have lost friends and family to mental illnesses.
I have had much experience both personally and with friends when it comes to mental illness. I think it is so important, and definitely extremely prevalent on campus. Happy to support in any way I can!
