Niles Housing Commission on the Rise!

It all started in 2009, we had a lot of executive staff, that would give broken promises to NHC's low income families. Residents were mistreated, policies weren't followed, and residents participating in activities were non-existent. The residents have had many years of disappointment. The beginning of 2015, the residents of the Niles Housing Commission finally had hope. When the new Management came on board September of 2015, residents began to see a transition in the building. Promises were kept, peoples attitudes started changing for the better and the feeling of respect was given. Since 2015, Niles Housing Commission has been on the rise!
