About this campaign
Tune in for KBOO's Bluegrass Marathon, live from Historic Multnomah Grange 71 on Saturday, March 25th, from 9 AM to 5 PM! We'll kick off the Marathon with Uncle Chippy and Josh from 9am to 12pm, then we'll begin the live broadcast from the stage at the Grange from 12pm to 5pm!
The first hour will be devoted to a trip back to the 1971 Camp Springs Bluegrass Festival. The second and third hour will focus on local and regional bands from Uncle Chippy's Collection. Then we'll seamlessly head into the live broadcast at the historic Multnomah Grange 71 in Gresham.
Several of Portland's finest bluegrass bands are taking part. Josh Cole Band, Sawtooth and Sons, Ash Creek, Slipshod, Sunny South and more. Bluegrass live on the air, KBOO 90.7 FM
If you have time, come on down to the Grange and enjoy the performances in person! This event is open to the public.

Doctor Corn’s Bluegrass Remedy got me ‘hooked’ in late 60’s. I’ve been a fan of bluegrass since!
I lived in PDX for 10 years and moved to Colorado several years ago. I always loved listening on Saturdays and still do online. Thanks for what you do!
I'm supporting this campaign because today is the first day of my spring break from school after a long slog! I turned on the radio this morning and BLAM! Bluegrass piping through my speakers and elevating my spirits immediately. Love you!
I live for Saturday mornings and the steady roll of the banjo!!! Keep on keepin' on KBOO!
Saturday morning Bluegrass show is a great way to start the weekend - thank you for keeping it going, have been tuning in for many years!
Love the true vine
In memory of my husband - Saturday Morning Bluegrass was his favorite program.
