About this campaign

I am participating in the Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge to raise funds and grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich their lives with hope, strength and joy. With your help, I know that I can surpass our personal goal. Please buy a shirt. It will make a difference.

This is a true challenge - in the spring, I will hike 28.3 miles of the Foothills Trail in an effort to grant more wishes. Carefree days spent laughing with friends and family are put on hold as boys and girls are catapulted in to a strange and unfamiliar world filled with great uncertainty. Over the organization's 30-year history, they have found that granting a wish is often the best medicine possible. It is a prescription that changes a child’s outlook on life and generates a smile for the first time in a long time.
