About this campaign
In 2007, over 50 pit bull type dogs were rescued from Bad Newz Kennels, Michael Vick's dog fighting operation: Layla, Ray, and Oscar were among this group of Survivors.
After Vick lost the property, Dogs Deserve Better purchase it and transformed it into a rescue and rehab center for dogs in need. DDB would like to honor all the dogs that suffered on that property by planting a tree on site for each dog.
We, the families ofLayla, Ray, and Oscar, would like to sponsor our dog's tree and make a trip to help plant it ourselves. Each purchase and donation will go toward making that happen. Any excess funds will be donated to help other dogs in need today.

I have followed the Victory dogs since the beginning. I remember Ray from The Lodges; good friends were his caregivers. The trees are such a great idea.
The Victory dogs were the pivoting point in history to give dogs a chance at life.
Because I believe in second chances. Although I have two Lab-Crosses, I still love Pit Bulls.
My sister took me to see the Champions. That is where I fell in love with each and everyone of them.
