Landon Strong fundraiser

On July 4th, four-year-old Landon Tota suffered a traumatic fall. The decision was made to transport him by helicopter to John R Oishei Children's hospital in Buffalo, NY to rule out a traumatic brain injury (TBI). While preparing him for transportation, unforeseen circumstances arose which ultimately caused Landon to go into cardiac arrest. He received CPR and was eventually resuscitated and transported to UPMC Chautauqua for stabilization. After several hours Landon was stabilized and successfully flown to Buffalo by Oishei’s pediatric transport team. Landon is still fighting to get back to the happy, healthy, outgoing child he was prior to the accident. However, he is still fully dependent on the care of his parents and nurses on everyday things and remains unable to speak, eat, or walk. He continues to make positive progress each day and we are hopeful for a full recovery. He has made it through the toughest days and surely is a fighter.

This fundraiser is to help the family with ongoing financial needs as Jake and Abby have been on leave from work. We hope to help let them keep their full attention on Landon and his care. All donations are greatly appreciated, big or small.
