All funds raised will be paid directly to Creative Writing Booster Club of Howard W. Blake High School for Field Trips to Writing Festivals and Chapbook Publication.

About this campaign

This fundraiser will help us attend the critical Writing Festivals in the area and print our annual publications. They include individual chapbooks and an award winning literary magazine.

Jamal May and Blake Creative Writing StudentsjpgOur students are emerging poets and writers from all over the city of Tampa. We write everyday and win numerous contest, scholarships and awards for literary excellence. Writing is at the foundation of everything. The play script, the movie, the television show, the blog, the commercial, your favorite song,video game, social media post and more - we write it all.
