About this campaign

It is Mental Health Awareness Month and I want to give a hand in helping to open communication within our communities around mental health. By increasing conversations we can help bring an end to the isolation that comes from battling any form of mental illness. No one should ever feel like this is something they have to suffer through but more importantly no one should ever feel like they have to go through it alone.

I've always been a huge advocate of supporting mental health awareness. Whether it be my own story, someone close to me, or someone new with a shared experience, I hope to continue to learn new ways to shed some light, empower my people and ALWAYS hug a homie & tell them I love them.
