Homeward Bound Dog Rescue 10th Year Anniversary Shirt

Homeward Bound Dog Rescue is a not for profit dog rescue organization founded in 2004 and staffed entirely by volunteers. We rescue dogs that have been turned over to shelters, surrendered to us and rescued from puppy mills. All dogs and puppies are placed in foster care to best prepare them for a permanent home and are fully vetted, spayed and neutered prior to adoption. Homeward Bound dogs live in a foster home until they are ready to move into your home. They eat, sleep and live with us and that way we have a better understanding of who they are. This foster arrangement allows the dogs to learn to live in a home, which gives us the opportunity to match families up with our dogs so a home really is forever! Our volunteers remain committed to the care and placement of dogs until the day comes that dog rescues will no longer be needed.
