Hannibal SEPTA, or Special Education PTA, is an organization for parents and guardians of children in the Hannibal, MO School District who have IEPs and 504s. It is also a group for those working in special education classrooms. We are a group who is focused on networking, mentoring, resources, support, and advocacy.
