Finding Cieha Taylor

Cieha Annette Taylor 28 year old female from Dade City Florida has been missing since Thursday February 06, 2020.

Cieha is 5’6” and weighs around 180lbs. She has several tattoos: an infinity symbol on her upper chest, a large rose and stem on her inner forearm, a ladybug on her ankle, double X’s with a rose on the back of her shoulder, and a faced sun on her upper outer thigh.

This fundraiser was made in hopes of sharing Cieha’s story and pictures so someone would recognize her and come forward with information that would help us find her and bring her home. Cieha was last seen in Plant City Florida around 4pm on Thursday February 6,2020 dropping her boyfriend off at his friends house off Cowart and Trapnell Rd. Supposedly the only persons that saw her we’re her boyfriend and his friend. They have been interviewed multiple times by detectives. We have been told that he is not a suspect and his story pans out. We have not been privy to what questions or information was provided during those interviews. As the case is still an OPEN INVESTIGATION.

On Thursday February 6, 2020 around 7pm Cieha’s car was found running abandoned on the train tracks less then a mile from her boyfriend’s friends home. The drivers side door was open. Her phone was found on the ground next to the car on the train tracks. A Plant City Police officer came on the scene. Cieha’s License plates WERE NOT RAN by the Police officer. The Police officer got in her vehicle and moved her car with her belongings inside. Moved it to the side of the road and locked the door. The detective Will not release the name of the officer that moved the vehicle on February 6. We have been told there is an internal affairs investigation going on regarding this. Information has not been released. We have asked several times.

We were told the train tracks where the vehicle was found located on an actual train had not ran on those tracks for over a year as they were doing maintenance to the tracks.

During this time from February 6 to February 9 family began calling Ciehas phone multiple times and reaching out to friends trying to see who had seen her or spoke to her. Still not knowing her vehicle was found abandoned on February 6. Her vehicle was not found until Sunday, February 9 by a family friend. At that time a missing person report was filed. The Hillsborough County sheriffs office, Ciehas family and homeland security have done searches several times in the area where the vehicle was found abandoned and around the area where the boyfriends friend lives. Nothing has come from those searches. The police searches included canines and helicopters.

20 days after Ciehas disappearance on February 26 her shoes were found located not too far from her car next to a light pole that had her picture on it attached to a missing persons flyer. Family, friends and police officers searched this area prior the shoes were not there prior to this date. it’s as if someone placed them there. Police recovered the shoes they were confirmed by Ciehas Mother that they were in fact Ciehas shoes.

Ciehas story has been covered by all local news stations in the Tampa Bay Area and some surrounding areas.

We have called the state attorneys office and nothing came of that.

We have reached out to the FBI who has stated they will not get involved unless the local police department, county or state police department called them directly to ask for their assistance. The Hillsbrough County sheriffs office has a shared with us they have all the resources as the FBI and there’s no need to get them involved. They have not and are not planning to contact the FBI.

We have called and reached out to any and all missing persons groups seeking any help possible. We have reached out to Human Sex Trafficking. Nothing as we have no physical proof she was taken. No one seen her being taken against her will. We’ve contacted multiple shows that cover missing persons. We’ve contacted multiple people that run podcasts that cover missing persons. We’ve tried to contact Nancy Grace. We’ve tried to contact Dr. Phil. We have tried to contact anyone we can think of that could help us get Ciehas story out there and her face seen in hopes of someone coming forward with information that will help us find our girl. if you have any way of getting in contact with any of these people that could help aid us in finding Cieha please reach out to them yourself and give them our information and have them messages the finding Cieha page as stated above the page is ran by Ciehas family we can be contacted or reached at any time.

We have went over every scenario and every possibility we can think of in our heads and still are coming up with nothing. The only thing we believe is Cieha was taken. Anyone who knows Cieha knows she does not leave her phone she takes it everywhere with her so the simple fact that her phone was found on the ground next to her car abandoned makes no sense. Along with her purse, ID, debit card and all other necessities found in her vehicle.

The detectives have followed up from Tips called in saying they saw someone who resembled Cieha or they thought it was her that have lead to nothing . If you see someone who you believe could be her please take your phone out take a picture send it to the page save the picture call the police show them once someone comes email it to the police department please take pictures. please know we cannot share everything single detail with you as the case is STILL AN OPEN INVESTIGATION.
