About this campaign

ALL proceeds will be donated to The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund is a leader in supporting the men and women of the Armed Forces and their families. Begun in 2000 and established as an independent not-for-profit organization in 2003, the Fund has provided nearly $200 million in support for the families of military personnel lost in service to our nation, and for severely wounded military personnel and veterans. These efforts are funded entirely with donations from the public, and hundreds of thousands of individuals have contributed to the Fund.

Two years ago, our family decided to convert our annual touch football game into a fundraising effort. We were able to raise over $2000 to causes in the past.

Given current events and the ongoing struggle for our veterans to receive adequate care and support, we wanted to find a military-focused organization. Working with a family member who served two tours in the USMC, we found the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and read about the great work they do. Our goal is to raise AT LEAST $1,000 (hopefully much much more) and make a contribution we know will be used to help the veterans and families who need it most.
