About this campaign
eVil Sublet is a horror/comedy movie about a New York couple who knowingly move into a haunted apartment because the rent is cheap. It features the legendary Sally Struthers in her horror debut as the mysterious leaseholder. The movie will have its world premiere at the Coney Island Film Festival the first weekend in May!

Inspired by true events in the allegedly haunted apartment where it was filmed, eVil Sublet is made by a husband, wife, and best friends. It defies gender, sex, and age stereotypes, with a woman over 50 as the star and a cast led by predominantly LGBTQ+ actors playing LGBTQ+ characters.
