Emma's family needs your help. Since Emma's murder, we have not been able to raise the funds needed to help pay Emma's final expenses at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. This will give supporters the opportunity to help us do that while also getting something nice in return.
Shirts will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the close date.

Even though they say that Emma had no brain activity, she knew that her Daddy was there. So I sang to her as I held her in my arms on that final night and I kissed her gently. Until I see you again, you will always be in my heart. Love you to the stars...
Emma was just the tender age of 2 years and she, along with her sister, are the lighthouses of my life. Emma’s life was taken after being on life support from the direct result of a severe physical trauma inflicted to her entire body and her head. The people who participated in Emma’s Homicide and the covering up of the physical evidence have been indicted for her murder.
Emma loved life and she loved her family. At the time of Emma’s murder, we were living in Virginia. I was separated from my estranged wife and we lived in separate homes. We were in the process of our divorce, so it was not an easy thing to deal with. Emma had just turned two years old in September 2012. Emma was physically attacked again in her home on Friday, October 19th, 2012.
Emma had been beaten and her right arm had been broken. Emma had been shaken so violently, that she lost consciousness at the home. Emma became non-responsive and could not breath on her own.
Emma was taken to the hospital where her brain showed signs of bleeding and the decision was made to transfer her to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.
When Emma arrived at UT Medical, her brain had swollen to the capacity of her skull and her eyes hemorrhaged with blood. She was on life support. A ventilator supplied the oxygen to her lungs that allowed enough to her brain to keep her little heart beating while she waited for me to get there.
I stayed with Emma the entire weekend. After two EEG tests and conclusive results of zero brain activity, Emma was pronounced deceased by Doctors on Monday, October 22nd, 2012.
My estranged wife and her boyfriend were arrested at the hospital for fugitive from justice warrants when police found drugs in the home Friday night. So that Monday night, they brought Emma’s mother from jail to spend 30 minutes with her before the life support was removed.
After Emma’s mother was taken back to jail, I had my time with Emma. They placed Emma into my arms and I held her while she on the ventilator. I felt Emma’s heart beating. In that moment, I knew that if Emma’s brain had the tiniest amount of function, Emma knew that she was in her Daddy’s arms and that she was loved.
Eventually the machines were turned off and I said goodbye to my baby as Emma gained her angel wings. They gave me a lock of her hair.
3 weeks after Emma’s passing, my estranged wife and her boyfriend were indicted by a grand jury in Wise County Virginia for Emma’s murder on November 14th, 2012. That day is known as "Emma's Day". Since Emma's passing, I have been crusading to end child abuse in her name.
Emma’s murder trial is now scheduled for April 2014. They are both currently in custody and will be tried together with one set of charges, one set of evidence, and one jury. I expect convictions for both based on the amount of physical evidence and testimony from witnesses.
Since Emma's murder, I have been on a crusade to prevent it from happening to anyone else while trying to grieve in the process. It has been a living nightmare. And until Emma’s murder trial, we will continue sharing Emma’s story with the world. We will continue sharing Emma’s love with everyone and show the world that Emma matters.
Nothing will bring you back, but you will live on in our hearts. You have changed our lives, some of us knew you in this life, most know who you were as a person, all of us know that you are loved and you always will be! So until I see you again in Heaven, we will share your beautiful smile!
We will never give up. Not as long as each star and the night skies are lit up. Not as long as they tear holes in the clouds and the love from lost loved ones pours from the heavens. Until my last breath, until my heart beats no more. I will fight for Emma until I am no more. Always & Forever...
Thank you all for your help in making sure Emma's voice is being heard and ensuring that she is never forgotten! Emma is loved by so many people and they all want to see Emma get the justice that she deserves! So while we wait for Emma's murder trial to begin in April 2014, we will continue to share Emma's love with the world and help others as much as we can!
Together we are making a difference, one heart at a time.
Thank you all for being here. And thank you all for wanting to help us raise this money for Emma's final expenses at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

I want to help w/Emma's final expenses & contribute towards helping the family w/such unexpected expenses that shouldn't have had to been!!
Love you, Emma!
That such a beautiful and vulnerable person would be taken from her family in such a horrible way brings tears to my eyes. Absolutely no child deserves such treatment; no family deserves such a loss. My heart and prayers go out to her family.
I love Emma I want to support her and family and Emma's justice in any way I can. These shirts are so beautiful.
Justice for Emma and some resolution for her father Ben and sister Bre! <3!!!!
We support because we want to bring awareness to child abuse. Emma's voice was not heard, and not it is up to us to be her voice, and be the voice of others in the same situation.
