About this campaign

The annual CHD -Congenital Heart Defect Awareness Week is February 7-14th, 2023!
Help us spread awareness for CHD's buy purchasing a t-shirt or hoodie to Honor our Angels. The funds raised off this fundraiser will be used to create care packages for children with CHD's and their families who are in St. Joseph's Hospital, in Tampa Florida.

We created this fundraiser to honor our son Jack Reign Daniel, who passed away due to an extremely rare Congenital Heart Defect called Uhl's Anomaly. He was born and passed away on 11.21.19 and was given the absolute best care from St. Joseph's Hospital. We would love to give back in his honor in the way of care packages for children with CHD's at St. Joseph's Hospital.
