About this campaign
It has been a challenging year for Camp Hebron and camps all around the country. In the midst of the pandemic, Camp Hebron opened on June 28th with the faith that God had a plan for camp to continue its vital ministry and to escape the harsh realities of 2020. Only 50% of camps were able to open their summer camp programs, and many will never reopen. As our staff and board worked countless hours to make camp COVID safe, we were fortunate not only to have Day Camp, Overnight Youth Camps, and Family Camps but also to successfully complete the summer without one positive virus test.
Camp Hebron still faces significant financial challenges. We ask you now to consider a contribution out of an immediate need.
For only $20, every shirt you purchase brings us closer to to meeting our financial need for this year. Your purchase will help protect the mission of Camp Hebron to cultivate a sanctuary where people connect with God, nature and each other.
Camp Hebron was founded in 1957 by a group of Lancaster County Mennonites who shared a vision for camping ministry. Since then, the camp has grown into a Christ-centered Retreat Center and Summer Camp nested in beautiful Powell’s Valley. We offer summer camps, year round events and a number of facilities and activities for group guests. Through all the change, our mission to serve the surrounding community and provide a sanctuary of spiritual respite has remained constant. We look to the future with hope, humility and grace.
