About this campaign
Brain Tumors do not discriminate. Primary brain tumors-those that begin in the brain tend to stay in the brain-occur in people of all ages. Meningioma represents 34% of all primary brain tumors, making them the most common primary brain tumor. We want to help others that may be facing this situation and contribute to the research to find out more on how to prevent and cure the problem.
There is a saying that you never really know the difficulty of a situation until you face it yourself. This brain tumor showed me the difficulty, hurt and pain of seeing someone you love experience this in her life. As I sat in ICU, with all the wires drenched from the arms of the love of my life Carla Steele and the machines going, I said "This is so stupid, Yes Brain Tumors are Stupid". With that in mind we came up with the campaign Brain Tumors Are Stupid. Hopefully we can spread the word via this Booster Campaign and help change the life of you or someone you love!
